Julie was one of the top producing agents for Coldwell Banker. She consistently ranked in the Top 10 in her office and was a Diamond Society Award recipient several years running (recognizes the Top 10% of ALL Coldwell Banker agents worldwide). One of her goals was to open a real estate office of her own and in early 2008 Berkshire West Realty was created. Julie brings well-respected experience from one of the nation’s largest real estate companies to the business and helps make it a success.
As with many realtors, real estate was not Julie's first career. After finishing college she was an Interior Designer for a company that created design concepts for model homes, residential properties and commercial office space. She enjoyed the design aspect of environmental space planning. She soon advanced to the top board draftsperson. Seeing the next generation of Computer Aided Drafting quickly coming, Julie went back to school to learn this new advanced technology. Shortly after she graduated, she started working for an architectural firm designing custom homes. She loves to visit the homes that she helped design and show them to her friends and family which eventually lead her to her third and final career...Real Estate Agent.
The knowledge Julie acquired from her first two careers gives her an upper hand as a Realtor ®. Although she has enjoyed all of her careers, being a Realtor ® has, by far, provided the most enjoyment.
Born in Corona, and over 20 years in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley; Julie is a life long resident of the Southwest Riverside County area. She has witnessed the changes in our cities throughout the years and has helped clients buy and sell homes from Rancho Cucamonga to San Diego.
